Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped based on the shipping method you select at checkout. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays or product launches.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days).
3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, additional shipping fees and delivery times may apply.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized items
Items marked as final sale
Used Items
Coloring books with bent spine
3. Return Process
Contact us to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
